Booking Conditions for DAILY TOURS
Full payment is required on booking.
A cancellation fee is charged to the value of the booking if the customer cancels within 72 hours of departure.
Out & About Wine Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to insufficient bookings and a full refund applies.
Every effort is made to provide the best touring experience, but no liability is accepted for any illness, injury, delay, inconvenience, loss or damage whilst on tour.
Terms and Conditions
Payment in full is required on booking either Online via the website or via phone or email.
We accept no responsibility for passengers failing to be at designated pick up points at designated times. No refund is provided for passengers who miss our tours.
Our tours operate all year round and are not affected by weather conditions.
Pickup locations must be confirmed 24 hours prior to tour departure. We accept no responsibility for passengers missing our tours if the pickup location is changed and we are not advised.
We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
Passengers must be able to prove they are over 18 years to consume alcohol at the wineries.
Service of alcohol may be refused to persons deemed intoxicated.
Food & alcohol may not be consumed on our vehicles.
Wineries do not have BYO licenses therefore you may not bring you own alcohol for consumption.
Person causing a nuisance to other passengers may be removed from the tour. Out & About Wine Tours will not be liable for any expense incurred by the passengers should this occur.
Individuals are responsible for any damage inflicted on our vehicles or at the venues visited.
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient passenger number and a full refund applies.
On all tours Out & About Wine Tours and/or any associated companies assume no responsibility for loss, injury, sickness, damage, delay or irregularity that may be caused or arising during any tour under its management, sponsorship, procurement or otherwise.

Charter Packages & Corporate Groups
10% non refundable deposit is required on confirmation of booking.
Final numbers and payment in full is required 14 days prior.
Payment is accepted by Visa and MasterCard (2% surcharge), cheque, or direct deposit.
By boarding the vehicle you accept the terms and conditions and accept this is a binding contract for yourself and the other people you have booked and paid for. You are responsible for relaying this information to other passengers you have booked and paid for.
Cancellation Policy for Private Tours – Cancellation within 14 days of departure – 100% cancellation fee
