From deluxe coaches, knowledgeable tour managers, award wining wineries, outstanding lunch and dinner venues we aim to provide your company with a day or evening to remember long after the last drop of wine has been savoured.
Our full day tours are usually 10am to 5pm. Plenty of time to experience a full range of venues from wineries, distilleries, cider and breweries. Maybe even add on chocolate, nougat, honey and/or ice cream! We have made some itineraries though we can also design a day especially for your group.
Half day tours are usually 4 hours without lunch and 5 hours if lunch is included. In this time frame you will comfortably fit in 3 to 4 venues. Half days are very popular as maybe not all your group can spare a full day or have lunch at a restaurant or home prior and still enjoy an afternoon in the Swan Valley!
How can you not enjoy a day that starts or finishes meandering through the upper reaches of the Swan River wine glass in hand? Cruising up in the morning will find you also being treated to morning tea, cheese & biscuits and wine tasting and the afternoon return includes wine by the glass!
The afternoon starts at 3.30pm so by the time your group is sipping Lancaster Estate’s amazing wines most the crowds have gone home. This is a wonderful time of the day to savour the beautiful Swan Valley and enjoy a 2 course dinner at Carilley Estate. Definitely a UNIQUE experience!
Our deluxe coaches range from 13 to 60 seaters and we match the venues to suit both the occasion and group size.
You will have a fantastic Out & About Tour Manager plus driver on all tours over 24 guests so you just sit back, relax and enjoy the day!
For groups of 10-24 one of our fantastic Tour Managers is your Driver/Manager.
